Your new company is a housing association in Leicestershire seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join their Voids Team. You will be responsible for preparing and refurbishing empty properties to a high standard, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and ready for new tenants.

Your new role:
- First-fix and second-fix plumbing within void properties
- Installation, repair, and replacement of pipework, taps, wastes, traps, cylinders, and sanitary ware
- Basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor joinery, tiling, and making good
- Diagnosing plumbing faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Working independently across South Leicestershire, Market Harborough, and Northamptonshire
- Ensuring all work meets compliance, safety, and quality standards
What you'll need to succeed:
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plumber, ideally within social housing or voids
- Strong plumbing background with the ability to complete associated multi-trade tasks
- Own van and full set of tools
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
