Your new company: A housing association in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Joiner to join their Voids Team. You will be responsible for preparing and refurbishing empty properties to a high standard, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and ready for new tenants. Your new role:

  • Kitchen fitting, including full installations and associated joinery works
  • General joinery repairs and replacements within void properties
  • Basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor plumbing adjustments, and making good
  • Working independently across multiple sites in South Leicestershire, Market Harborough, and Northamptonshire
  • Ensuring all work meets compliance, safety, and quality standards

What you'll need to succeed:

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry/Joinery
  • Proven experience working as a Multi-Trade Joiner, ideally within social housing or voids
  • Competent kitchen fitter with strong all-round joinery skills
  • Own van and full set of tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload across multiple properties
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
