A welcoming and nurturing specialist provision committed to delivering high-quality education for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) are seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to join their school. You will be joining a highly supportive team of experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff who work collaboratively to ensure every pupil is valued, understood, and enabled to reach their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis with an immediate start. You will have responsibility for planning and delivering engaging, meaningful lessons tailored to pupils with PMLD/SLD needs.

  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families
  • Monitoring progress through EHCP outcomes and individual targets

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching pupils with PMLD and/or SLD
  • A strong understanding of SEN strategies, sensory learning, and differentiated teaching
  • High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
  • Experience with AAC, sensory integration, or medical/physical needs support is highly desirable.
