Your new role
As a Senior Associate within the Real Estate team, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters while supporting partners and senior colleagues on strategic projects and business development initiatives. The role will involve advising on:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Development and regeneration projects
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management transactions
- Major land sales
- Property-related matters across the healthcare, public and private sectors
You will work closely with clients on significant developments, including major infrastructure, healthcare and regeneration projects, while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Strong technical expertise in commercial property law
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to legal advice
- The ability to manage matters autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience advising healthcare sector clients would be advantageous but is not essential
