I am looking to speak with experienced Real Estate/Commercial Property paralegals in the West Yorkshire region for an opportunity to join a Leeds-based Real Estate team and support senior colleagues across a range of estate management, acquisitions and disposals, and telecoms infrastructure matters. This role is only suitable for candidates with clear and demonstrable prior experience as a real estate or commercial property paralegal. Candidates without the above experience will not be shortlisted.
You will assist with high‑profile estate management work and support a leading EV charging provider with the national rollout of its charge points. You will also work on a growing portfolio of telecoms projects for major UK infrastructure providers. The real estate and telecoms sectors continue to grow rapidly, driven by technological innovation and increased infrastructure demands, making this an exciting time to join and develop your expertise.
You will become part of a dynamic Real Estate team in Leeds, working with professionals who advise prominent UK and international retailers, hotel operators, and private equity investors on complex matters. You will collaborate closely with experienced Partners, Associates, Solicitors and Paralegals in a supportive, knowledge‑driven environment where clear, practical advice is at the heart of what they do.
Key Responsibilities- Undertaking title due diligence and preparing reports on title
- Drafting a range of estate management documents such as leases, licences, surrenders and deeds of variation
- Negotiating and completing code‑compliant telecoms leases and renewal leases
- Supporting multi‑site projects within a wider team
- Participating in internal and external progress calls and meetings
- Contributing to internal and external training sessions
