Your new role
As a Private Client Tax Advisory Manager, you'll join a specialist team providing personal tax advisory services to a diverse client base, including business owners, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals. This role focuses on building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, holistic advice.
- Reviewing tax reports prepared by junior team members
- Managing WIP analysis and billing processes
- Ensuring files meet quality standards for QCR purposes
- Liaising with HMRC on client matters
- Supporting partners with advisory projects such as shareholder profit extraction, succession planning, and relocation strategies
- Identifying opportunities for business development across tax and other service lines
What you'll need to succeed
- A relevant professional qualification (CTA or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in personal tax services
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions
- Experience identifying business development opportunities
- Familiarity with CCH Central for personal tax (advantageous)
