We're looking for an ambitious solicitor at the newly-qualified level or up to a maximum of 6PQE to join a growing Health Real Estate team supporting NHS organisations, independent healthcare providers and national health bodies. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile matters, gain early client responsibility and develop within a collaborative, supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Advise on commercial property matters across the health and social care sector
- Support M&A and secured lending transactions
- Handle landlord and tenant work, leases and property documents
- Carry out title investigation and reporting
- Assist with joint ventures and innovative commercial structures
- Build client relationships and contribute to business development
- Represent the team at networking and sector events
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with commercial property experience
- Landlord and tenant expertise
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
