\n This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial law firm with a strong reputation across Yorkshire and the wider UK. The firm advises an impressive client base ranging from developers, investors and landlords through to national businesses and property occupiers. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Leeds office.

\n Your new role
\n You will join an established real estate team handling a broad range of commercial property matters for a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, advising on complex and high-value transactions while developing strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

- \n
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management.
- Supporting development and regeneration projects.
- Advising investors, developers, occupiers and corporate clients.
- Assisting with asset management and property-related transactional work.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

\n What you'll need to succeed

- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
- Strong commercial property experience gained within private practice.
- Experience handling a broad range of real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
