The Role:
A popular Leeds regional firm with an excellent national client base is looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their development team. You'll work closely with a senior partner on high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use development matters for key clients.
About You:
- 3-6 years' PQE in commercial property
- Strong experience in development work
- Confident handling high-value transactions
- Knowledge of planning/statutory agreements is advantageous
