An opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Solicitor (2PQE+) to join a popular regional practice in Leeds with a truly national client base. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who enjoys a broad range of corporate transactional work and wants to take on early responsibility within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
About the Role:
You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups and early-stage ventures to established regional and national businesses. The role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to build deep, long-term client relationships.
Your work will span the full spectrum of corporate matters, including:
- Business sales and acquisitions across all sectors
- Strategic planning and structuring for growing and scaling companies
- IPOs, secondary fundraisings and share issues
- Private equity, venture capital and other investment transactions
- Shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and collaborations
- Partnerships and LLP structuring
- Corporate tax aspects of transactions and reorganisations
- Advisory and transactional work for early-stage and high-growth companies, giving you meaningful exposure to businesses at exciting points in their lifecycle.
About You:
This role would be perfect for a solicitor with:
- At least 2 years' PQE in a reputable corporate team
- Strong technical skills with the ability to manage your own matters under supervision
