The Opportunity

Looking to take on an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to join its leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership while maintaining ownership of the day-to-day finance function.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Enhance financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.

About You
We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Director who combines strong technical finance expertise with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
You will ideally possess
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience operating in a senior finance leadership role within a growing organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic decision-making.
- Experience leading and developing finance teams.
- A track record of improving processes, controls, governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
