Your new company We are working with our client who has sites based in the locations below: Southwark Hillingdon Sutton Kingston upon Thames They are seeking compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistants to work regular days at one of their sites. In this role, you will support students with diverse learning needs, helping them achieve their academic goals and develop essential life skills. Your new role Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs. Support students with learning difficulties or disabilities in the classroom. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to support student development.
