What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, and more)
- Helping pupils access learning and build independence
- Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
- Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine
- Making every day rewarding - for you and your pupils!
What You'll Need:
- Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non-school settings welcome!)
- A caring, patient, adaptable approach
- Confidence supporting students with a range of needs
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through Hays)
