Your new role As Learning Development Coordinator, you'll coordinate onboarding, learning programmes, professional qualifications and compliance-led training.
You'll ensure learning systems, events and development activity run smoothly, accurately and on time.
Key focus areas: Supporting onboarding - Deliver smooth onboarding by coordinating inductions, mandatory training and learning pathways for new joiners and internal moves Learning systems - Maintain and update the LMS, manage learner records and enrolments, support digital learning content, and produce basic reports Training events - Coordinate training sessions and workshops, handling logistics such as rooms, tech, materials and supplier liaison, and manage attendance and feedback Professional development programmes - Support mentoring, qualifications, apprenticeships and wider development initiatives by managing schedules, communications, trackers and learner support What you'll need to succeed Experience in L D/HR administration or professional services coordination Strong organisation, accuracy and multi-tasking skills Confident communication and stakeholder han...
