We're recruiting a Lead Electrical Engineer for a growing engineering manufacturer where you'll take ownership of electrical design, mentor a team of engineers and drive the development of specialist power systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading electrical design projects from concept through to manufacture
- Managing and mentoring a team of engineers
- Reviewing schematics, calculations and technical documentation
- Driving innovation, standardisation and continuous improvement
- Working closely with mechanical, controls and manufacturing teams
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in electrical design and power systems
- Experience leading projects or engineering teams
- Knowledge of 3-phase power, protection systems and electrical standards
- Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD packages
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
