Your new role Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00£20,000-£25,000 + Bonus The Lead Administrator will have full access to all leads within the business to increase client visits, chase up leads and push towards a sale.This role involves proactively reaching out to potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with the sales team to help successfully close deals.Main Duties:* Making outbound calls to the current home lift leads to pushing for show room visits or site visits.* Working with the sales team to pass leads over which are potential sales.* Effectively providing potential clients with product information they require.* Business introduction calls to other businesses’ IE architects, builders.* Provide excellent customer service at all times and in line with company guidelines.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all the leads.* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth passing of qualified leads.* Utilising Linked In to reach out to new clients.
