Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager into their team.
The Role
- Managing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant installations
- Overseeing projects valued up to £1m mechanical packages
- Leading new build developments, refurbishments, and planned/reactive works
- Preparing programmes, RAMS, method statements, and other project documentation
- Working collaboratively with electrical teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions where required
Key Responsibilities
- Full cradle-to-completion management of mechanical packages
- Coordination across multi-discipline project teams
- Attendance at site progress meetings
- Managing budgets, costs, variations, and commercial reporting
- Reviewing subcontractor quotations and appointing specialist partners
