The Role

- Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
/n
- Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that promote excellent progress
/n
- Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with departmental expectations
/n
- Support students in achieving strong GCSE and A-Level outcomes
/n
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the science department
/n
/n
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
/n
/n
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
/n
- Experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE and A-Level
/n
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science
/n
- High expectations of student achievement and behaviour
/n
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
/n
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and colleagues
/n
