Location: Pytchley, Kettering, NN14
Duration: 6 Months
Start: 2 to 3 weeks - mid August
Rate: £300 to £325 per day

OverviewHays are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a salt barn demolition and rebuild project in Pytchley, Kettering (NN14). This is a six-month assignment with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

Key Duties

/n

/n
- Overseeing subcontractors on site
/n
- Managing day-to-day site operations
/n
- Reviewing and implementing RAMS
/n
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations
/n
- Coordinating subcontractor activities and programmes
/n
- Monitoring health & safety standards across site
/n
- Reporting progress and issues to the Project Manager
/n
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- Previous experience managing construction or civil engineering projects
/n
- Strong subcontractor management skills
/n
- Good understanding of Building Regulations
/n
- Experience reviewing and managing RAMS
/n
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
/n
- Ability to work independently and drive project progress
/n
