We're looking for an experienced plumber to join our responsive repairs team, working across occupied social housing properties in the local area. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who delivers high-quality work and understands the sensitivities of working in tenants' homes.
Your new role
- Carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
- Completing basic multi-trade tasks where required (e.g., minor carpentry, patch plastering, small repairs)
- Delivering work safely, professionally, and with respect for residents' homes
- Working independently with a company van and fuel card provided
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in social housing repairs or similar domestic maintenance
- Strong understanding of working in occupied homes
- NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (preferred)
- Ability to carry out basic associated repairs across other trades
- Full UK driving licence
- Based locally to the Northamptonshire area
