We're recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support a major maintenance and repairs programme on a large site in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity offering up to 12 months of consistent work, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and a steady workload. You'll be working for a respected public-sector organisation carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and associated areas. If you're reliable, skilled across multiple trades and enjoy delivering high-quality work, this role offers stability and a great working environment.
Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:
- General repairs across occupied and void properties
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
- Wet room repairs and associated works
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering and finishing tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
- Strong skills across several trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, etc.)
- Experience working in domestic or social housing environments
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer-service approach
- Own tools
