An established and fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor/HRBP professional to join on an interim basis to assist in two critical people projects. Operating within a complex commercial environment, the business is undergoing significant organisational change whilst simultaneously investing in the development of its long-term talent and capability framework.This is a high-impact, project-focused role offering the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and influence key business decisions. Your new role Interim HR Project Advisor / HR Business Partner, you will assist in two major strategic HR initiatives over an initial three-month assignment. The first project involves leading an organisation-wide change programme, including restructuring, redundancy consultation processes, departmental downsizing and potential business area closures. You will be responsible for managing consultations, preparing supporting documentation, advising senior stakeholders on employment law and employee relations matters, and ensuring all processes are delivered fairly, professionally and compliantly.
