We are looking for an experienced IT professional (7-10 years) with strong expertise as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach and deep hands-on skills in JIRA setup, configuration, and customisation. The role involves building dashboards, managing multi-project environments, configuring releases and roadmaps, and supporting Agile delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Experience with DevOps practices and JIRA admin certification are added advantages.
Overall, IT experience is 7-10 years.
- Must have strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Must have strong experience of setting up JIRA
- Must have strong experience in configuring JIRA
- Must have strong experience of customising JIRA boards to develop the dashboards for testing, project management, team velocity measurements etc.
