Your new roleAs an IT Support Analyst, you'll be a key part of the IT Service Desk team, providing first-line technical support to users across the organisation. You'll manage incoming calls and service requests, troubleshoot issues, and aim for first-call resolution wherever possible. You'll also escalate more complex problems to second-line support teams while keeping users informed throughout.Your responsibilities will include software licence management, asset tracking, and occasional on-site support. You'll contribute to continuous service improvement and support wider IT projects such as device refreshes and user training initiatives.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Strong experience in IT support within a hybrid or multi-office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and related applications.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (e.g. Halo or similar).
- Hands-on experience with device installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- A solid understanding of IT security practices and tools.
- ITIL v4 Foundation and CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
