Your new role involves joining an established team of Mobile IT Engineers, becoming an integral part of this high-performing team, providing a high level of service to 5 primary schools based across Oldham. As a Mobile IT Engineer, you will provide first-line technical support to staff and students, manage helpdesk tickets, and maintain a wide range of IT equipment including hardware, software, and audio-visual systems, as well as bespoke educational technologies. Responsibilities also include installing and configuring new technologies, carrying out repairs and upgrades, and maintaining accurate asset registers and documentation.
