A leading Asset Manager is looking for someone to join their Investment Performance Analysis team, to help develop and implement operational plans to achieve departmental strategies. Provide expertise in performance analysis and reporting across investment portfolios.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work on improvement initiatives to anticipate business and client needs, develop tools to streamline service delivery.
  • Implement complex calculation models, evaluate risk and performance, and enhance adjusted returns.
  • Oversee performance analysis, attribution, and reporting of investment portfolios.
  • Consult and advise stakeholders, resolve complex performance issues.
  • Identify new opportunities to meet client needs, communicate key findings to senior management.
  • Produce and present accurate performance measurement and analytical responses to queries.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for teams, collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as necessary.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in investment and performance analytics.
