Your new roleAs part of the Logistics leadership team, you will support and enhance Warehouse performance with specific focus on the processes and systems that influence Inventory Accuracy, Pick Face / Stock location optimisation, WMS implementation / WMS upgrade, capacity planning, and all associated KPIs. What you'll need to succeedYour CV will demonstrate relevant experience and achievements, including time within a fast-moving distribution centre. Ideally you will be familiar with WMS evaluation and implementation, team management (you will have approx 12 in this role), optimising stock locations and flow, multi-channel solutions (eg serving both e-commerce and wholesale customers). You will be IT literate with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions. You will have a natural focus on continuous improvement, and be able to design and implement improved processes wherever a performance improvement can be found. You will be collaborative and enjoy working in a team that is always looking forward.
