Your new role

As a Financial Lines Insurance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert insurance solutions across directors officers (D O), professional indemnity, cyber, and employment practices liability lines. You will manage the full broking cycle - from client engagement through to negotiation and placement - ensuring exceptional service and optimal outcomes. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all Financial Lines matters. You will conduct regular client reviews to understand evolving requirements and ensure high levels of satisfaction. You will analyse client exposures in depth in order to design tailored and effective insurance programmes. You will carry out market research to identify suitable insurers and products that best meet client needs. You will prepare and present bespoke insurance solutions with clarity and confidence. You will negotiate competitive terms.
