This is a hands-on role, ideal for a TA professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of direct sourcing within trading environments.

The Role You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on proactively sourcing top talent across Trading Operations and Technology functions.

Working closely with hiring managers, you'll play a key role in delivering against critical hiring needs.
