As Head of Information Technology, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of IT services across the organisation. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll be responsible for shaping and implementing the IT strategy, overseeing infrastructure, applications, and service delivery, and ensuring robust governance, security, and compliance.
You'll manage a team of around 19 IT professionals and oversee a recurrent budget of approximately £1.7 million, with capital investments averaging £3 million annually. Your leadership will drive innovation, efficiency, and a high standard of service across all IT functions, including project management, application development, and media technology.
