Your new role includes:
- Preparing accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Completing month-end and year-end accounting processes within agreed deadlines.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts and investigating variances.
- Preparing journals, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting entries.
- Supporting annual audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitoring dealership performance against budget.
- Analysing financial trends and providing commentary to management.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience within a motor dealership or automotive finance environment.
- Systems knowledge of Kerridge, Keyloop, or other similar industry software would be beneficial.
