This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme, helping to review, redesign and improve operational processes that support frontline services.
The focus is on business change and service improvement, rather than IT systems implementation.
The Role Working closely with service managers, operational teams and senior stakeholders, you will map current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design future-state operating models that enhance efficiency, consistency and service delivery.
Areas of focus are likely to include referral pathways, operational procedures, case management processes and business support functions across Children's Services.
