Your new company A large housing provider who owns and manages more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.Your new role Collate performance management information which will be relayed in standardised, consolidated reports and scorecards. Administer performance management measures across the business. Review and categorise survey responses and escalate causes for concern. Assist with the delivery of research projects for the purpose of informing and supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Support the administration of Insight supplier processes and purchase orders. Collate and validate organisation and sector benchmarking information for the purposes of analysis. Perform a number of administrative tasks, including the raising and management of Purchase Orders, organising meetings and travel, managing our document review cycle, and other duties. What you'll need to succeed A strong administrative background with both excellent numerical and analytical skills and the added ability to interrogate information and problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as the ability to build and operate spreadsheets to provide "real time" data.
