Your New Role This is a great opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to move in-house or build upon existing in-house experience.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate and strategic matters.

You'll be part of a growing legal team, supported by external counsel and legal technology tools, with plenty of scope to develop your responsibilities as the business grows.

You'll be responsible for: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including equipment supply and installation agreements Supporting the sales, procurement and operations teams with day-to-day legal advice Assisting with dispute management and regulatory compliance matters Contributing to ESG and sustainability initiatives, including the company's BCorp accreditation journey Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel on a variety of legal and commercial projects across the business What You'll Need to Succeed 1-5 years' PQE, ideally gained in projects and/or construction Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and project agreements, including high-value contracts Strong technical skills combined with a practical, commercial approach Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders across a business A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work in a fast-paced environment Based in or within a commutable distance of Bristol, with flexibility for hybrid working Previous in-house experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Equally, solar sector experience is not required.
