This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or qualified-by-experience finance professional to join a dynamic organisation in a broad and commercially focused role with responsibility for management accounting, finance operations, reporting, and team leadership.
Following a successful probation period, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days per week from home. In addition to this, you will benefit from 25 days holiday entitlement, enhanced pension contributions, as well as a range of health and wellbeing free services.
Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the Group's management accounting function and oversee the day-to-day finance operations. Leading key finance processes and supporting the wider business with accurate financial information, you will play a vital role in ensuring robust financial control and timely reporting.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end monthly management accounts process.
- Delivering monthly reporting within a five working day close timetable.
- Overseeing daily finance operations and nominal ledger postings.
- Managing and reviewing weekly
