Hays Health & Safety are excited to be working with a fast-growing infrastructure services provider based in Lancashire who are looking for a hands-on HSEQ Advisor. This is a hybrid role with regular travel to operational sites, supporting the HSEQ Manager in maintaining high standards across Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct monthly audits and site inspectionsSupport incident investigations and safety briefingsMaintain ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001 documentationAssist with environmental reporting, COSHH, and Net Zero initiativesDeliver inductions and monitor training complianceLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on HSEQ mattersThe Ideal Candidate:NEBOSH General/Construction or Environmental CertificateExperience in construction, utilities, or infrastructureStrong knowledge of HSEQ legislation (RIDDOR, COSHH, CDM, etc.)Familiarity with ISO standards and document control systemsFull UK driving licence and right to work in the UKCommutable to North West HQBenefits:£40,000 – £45,000 Salary + £3k Car Allowance25 days holiday + bank holidaysHealth cash plan (Medicash)Salary sacrifice EV schemeProfessional development supportEmployee wellbeing programme
