An organisation is seeking an experienced HR Systems Project Lead on an interim basis to support the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate sifting solution. This role will lead the project from initiation through early delivery, ensuring a structured, efficient, and well-governed rollout.
Key Skills Experience
- Strong HR domain expertise, particularly across recruitment processes and systems
- Proven experience working with Workday (essential), including implementation and/or optimisation
- Experience working within public sector
- Demonstrable track record delivering HR systems implementations, specifically ATS or recruitment platforms
- Ability to rapidly assess current-state processes and define effective future-state solutions
Project Delivery Capability
- Experience initiating and structuring projects from the ground up, including:
- Project mobilisation
- Planning and governance
- Timeline development
- Strong stakeholder management experience across HR, IT, and third-party vendors
