Your new company We are pleased to be partnering with a leading Trust in the South Staffordshire area for a new permanent opportunity in their HR function. This is working with a successful, growing and committed Trust. Your new role To provide specialist HR support of exceptional quality in the employee lifecycle, systems and processes, payroll, recruitment and project work in policy development. The role will be reporting to the CEO, headteachers, SLT, Governors, support staff and individuals of the Trusts central team, starting in a permanent position with the Trust and is an all-year round position.Key tasks, but not limited to, are: Responsibility of the employment lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, retention, offboarding, resource management. Payroll. Developing and maintaining templates/forms associated with the Trusts policies and procedures. Support with low level ER management case work in allocated schools. Conduct weekly meetings with the SLT for HR related issues. Review staff absence and maintain/develop all policies around this. Note-taking in meetings. Reporting for all HR related documents and policies. The role is working in one of their schools in the South Staffordshire areas (DY postcodes) with one day per week in Kinver and will be 8-4 in the office, for a 37.5 hour working week.
