The Role
Overseeing recruitment and operations, you will lead a critical HR function with responsibility for both recruitment operations and core people service delivery. You will oversee a centralised service, ensuring seamless, efficient and high-quality support across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Leading a high-performing shared service team, delivering first-line support, onboarding and offboarding, contract administration.
