Thisis an opportunity to step beyond traditional HR management and become a trustedadviser commercial partner to operational leaders across a dynamicbusiness unit.
This is agenuinely broad role where you'll have the autonomy to shape your agenda, buildstrong stakeholder relationships and contribute to both strategic peopleinitiatives and day-to-day operational HR activity.
Working closelywith senior leaders and site management teams, you'll provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support across a wide range of people matters, including: Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and talent strategy.
Coaching and developing managers to build leadership capability.
Leading on employee relations matters and providing expert HR guidance.
Supporting succession planning, talent management and employee development initiatives.
Driving employee engagement, culture and wellbeing programmes.
Using HR data and business insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
