A growing, purpose-driven public sector organisation currently undergoing a significant period of change, seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support their journey. (One day on-site per week min).

The Opportunity Reporting into the Head of People, you will provide a proactive and high-quality HR advisory service, supporting managers with a range of matters whilst contributing to wider People initiatives and projects.
As the business are going through a period of change, you will support with these processes directly. (TUPE experience essential).
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to help deliver people-focused solutions and maintain an excellent employee experience.
