Mid-Wales | £40,000 - £42,000 | Permanent | Manufacturing Sector Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a large and fast-paced manufacturing environment?An established and well-respected manufacturing organisation in Mid-Wales is looking to appoint two HR Advisors to support its growing HR function. These are key hires within the team, offering a varied generalist role with exposure to complex employee relations matters, organisational change and stakeholder management. Your New Role As an HR Advisor, you'll work closely with operational managers and senior HR colleagues to provide proactive HR support across a large employee population. Responsibilities will include: Managing disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes. Providing expert advice on absence management and employee relations matters. Supporting managers with performance and capability issues. Assisting with learning and development initiatives. Coaching and guiding stakeholders on HR best practice.
