As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting oursite’s operational HR needs, ensuring compliance with company policies andprocedures.The HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering operational HR support, guidance, and advice. You’ll handle employee relations, people development, resourcing, and reward activities, all while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.In this role you will Implement site people plan to enhance performance Manage employee relations cases (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, etc.) in line with company policies Provide day-to-day support to managers on employee relations, development, and reward Drive HR projects within budget and policy guidelines Coordinate operational change management projects (shift changes, restructures, etc.) Ensure robust contract management processes Foster effective communication across the site through coffee shop sessions Represent HR in daily Tier 2 operational meetings Uphold ethical standards and maintain accreditation (Sedex, Plan A, Agency Audits) Support recruitment efforts to fill vacancies To be successful, you will Generalist HR experience covering all aspects of HR management Ideally, CIPD qualified (Level 5) or working towards it Success…
