Manufacturing business in Wigan are seeking a competent HR Advisor to join their friendly team. This organisation is committed to providing an effective, proactive, and value-adding Human Resources function to support both site and field-based staff.
As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining effective working relationships with managers and employees. You will provide day-to-day support and advice on HR policies, practices, and procedures, and manage employee relations queries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Managing grievance and disciplinary issues
- Ensuring employee welfare
- Maintaining the HR database
- Organising benefit schemes
