Job Description

Your new companyWe're partnering with a respected Midlands housing association that manages thousands of affordable homes across the region. They're dedicated to delivering excellent tenant services, fostering safe and thriving communities, and investing in initiatives that support residents to sustain their tenancies and live independently. Your new roleYou'll join the Tenancy Services team on a 3-month temporary contract, covering the Northampton and Rugby areas. Your responsibilities will include conducting tenancy sign-ups and home visits, providing advice on rent and benefit entitlements, managing arrears and tenancy sustainment plans, and liaising with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenancy issues and anti-social behaviour. What you'll need to succeedYou'll have proven experience in tenancy or housing management within social housing, with strong knowledge and experience of working with complex ASB cases, rent collection, welfare benefits, and arrears recovery processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, alongside the ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders. You must be confident working independently across multiple sites, proficient with Microsoft Office and housing management systems, and hold a full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel locally.
