Job Description
We are now recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join the team at a well-known housing association, covering the wider Manchester area. This is a temporary position, for a minimum term of 2 months. We are offering competitive hourly rates between £20 – £23 an hour, and this is a full-time position, working 37 hours a week. This role is a hybrid working model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office.You're New Role
- Deliver a full range of tenancy management services across your designated patch.
- Conduct tenancy audits, starter reviews, and accompanied viewings.
- Manage low to medium level anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, nuisance and hate crime reports.
- Promote tenant engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and GDPR policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfactory service delivery, as well as external partners and agencies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar customer-facing housing/tenancy management role.
- Experience managing and investigating cases of anti-social behaviour.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy sustainment and welfare benefits.
- Full driving licence, acces to own vehicle and valid business insurance.
- A DBS check is required for this role.
