Job Description /n Your new company /n You will be joining a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in the social housing sector, offering a supportive and collaborative working environment from its Manchester office. Your new role /n You will handle a varied caseload of housing litigation matters, including: /n /n - Defending housing disrepair claims /n - Possession proceedings, including cases involving complex defences /n - Anti-social behaviour injunctions /n - Environmental Protection Act matters /n - Residential leasehold and shared ownership disputes /n - Representing clients at hearings where appropriate /n - Working closely with and supporting junior members of the team /n /n What you'll need to succeed /n You will be a qualified solicitor with experience gained within housing litigation, ideally through a training seat or post-qualification role should have a good understanding of housing law and be comfortable managing a varied caseload. Advocacy experience would be beneficial, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
