Housing and Transition Finance Lawyers 1+ and 5+ To £££ This market-leading housing finance team is looking to hire two lawyers to advise clients including housing associations, registered providers, funders, and investors, on high-value, complex transactions.
These can include bond issues, private placements, syndicated and bilateral loans, sustainability-linked financing, and other innovative funding structures.
The team also advises on major education and healthcare financings.
In addition the department also supports clients on their wholesale financing, product development and government / regulatory engagement in relation to policy shifts across these areas.
