Onsite support at a deployment clinic:
- Laying out the deployment area
- Tracking deployments, keeping asset information up to date and making sure old equipment is accounted for
- Distributing computers to customers
- Keeping logs of equipment
- Answering employee questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the new computer
- Provide basic computer assistance as much as they are able for the transition
What you'll need to succeed:
- BPSS is essential.
- Experience in IT support, deployments, asset management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable working in a secure and fast-paced environment.
