Freelance Site Engineer Role – Highways Project – Long Term Contract 6 – 12 monthsYour new companyYou will be joining a forward-thinking and innovative Tier 1 contractor whose main purpose is to build a better society with a customer-focused mindset. This contractor has an exciting opportunity working on a repairs and reactive maintenance project in the Sheffield area which you will be a part of.Your new roleYou will be responsible for, but not limited to, the construction of multiple drainage systems across the highways project, which will involve attenuation tanks and establishing compounds. Furthermore, you will be writing temporary work design briefs and keeping an accurate and detailed site record of all works. You will be contributing to a successful working environment.What you’ll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will need experience as a Site Engineer on Highways projects with a focus on groundworks, earthworks and drainage.
